How long does a service take?
Please allow around 2hrs for each machine to be serviced.
I haven’t used my laser much, do I still need to service each year?
Yes, Â Each machine needs to be serviced annually, similar to a car MOT
Do I need to change the water in my machine?
We use very good quality deionised water; this will be changed at each service. You will not need to change the water between services. Some IPL laser may required more regular water changes.
How do I get trained on one of the lasers?
If you where to buy a laser from Optilight, the training is provided in the cost.
I want to demo the machine before buying?
 Yes, we can assist with booking in a demo on one of the machines at our unit.
If I buy a machine, how long does it take to be installed?
Depending on payment terms, it can take 2 – 3 weeks.
Can I plug a LEO machine into a normal 13amp plug socket?
No, you will need to have a 32AMP plug in the clinic for all LEO machines.
